Participating Retailer Service-Specific Terms

Thank you for your interest in being a Participating Retailer (defined below). Your relationship with Headset as a Participating Retailer is governed by the Headset Terms of Service available at http://headset.io/company/terms-of-service (the “Terms”), any policies or exhibits linked to or referenced in the Terms (including Headset’s Privacy Policy available at http://headset.io/company/privacy-policy) and these Participating Retailer Service-Specific Terms (“Participating Retailer Service-Specific Terms”). Terms not defined herein have the meanings assigned them in the Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Participating Retailer Service-Specific Terms and the Terms, these Participating Retailer Service-Specific Terms will control.

PLEASE READ THESE PARTICIPATING RETAILER SERVICE-SPECIFIC TERMS, THE TERMS AND ANY POLICIES OR EXHIBITS TO OR REFERENCED IN THE TERMS CAREFULLY.

WHAT IS A PARTICIPATING RETAILER? A “Participating Retailer” is a retailer of cannabis-related products that has (i) accepted an invitation to share data from its Point of Sale system with Headset (its “Retailer Data”) and (ii) agreed to the Terms, any policies or exhibits linked to or referenced in the Terms and these Participating Retailer Service-Specific Terms. Each Participating Retailer constitutes a “Customer” for the purposes of the Terms.

HOW DO I BECOME A PARTICIPATING RETAILER? You may become a Participating Retailer by following the directions listed on your invitation email and any applicable prompts from the Website during the signup process. You will be required to connect your point of sale system to Headset. You may be required to download an installer to connect your point of sale system to Headset.  

HOW MAY RETAILER DATA BE USED? Your Retailer Data may only be accessed by (i) Headset and (ii) the Authorized User with a subscription to Bridge that sent you an invitation to share your Retailer Data (the “Bridge Subscriber”). The Bridge Subscriber will only be able to access your Retailer Data through Bridge. Retailer Data constitutes “Customer Data” under the Terms. Subject to the Terms, your Customer Data may also be aggregated and anonymized and used in connection with Insights.    

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY FEES? No. There is no Subscription Fee associated with being a Participating Retailer. Participating Retailers are not required to subscribe to any of the Headset Services.  

WHAT IF I WANT TO STOP SHARING MY RETAILER DATA WITH HEADSET? If you would like to stop sharing your Retailer Data, please contact Headset at support@headset.io. Headset will deactivate your account and suspend the transmission of your Retailer Data as promptly as possible following receipt of your request. Note that termination of your account will not affect Headset’s access to your historical Retailer Data.
