Happy New Year! How did cannabis sales perform over the holiday week? While December was a great month of sales for cannabis, sales on New Year’s actually dropped in the US and Canada. In the US, sales during the week of New Year’s decreased 12% and plunged 65.7% in Canada compared to the previous three weeks.
It seems consumers celebrated the occasion with cannabis Beverages, with the category increasing sales in both the US (15%) and Canada (21.1%).
